LIMITATION ON J A King Publishing LIABILITY
J A King Publishing's liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by J A King Publishing from the Subscriber. J A King Publishing will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by J A King Publishing. Without limitation, J A King Publishing shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a Subscriber's inability to use or any delay in accessing the J A King Publishing website or any other source of material provided by J A King Publishing; (3) any absence of material on the J A King Publishing website; (4) J A King Publishing's failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material; (5) any kind of error in the transmission of material; or (6) the use by a Subscriber of any research or information provided that may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. J A King Publishing and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between J A King Publishing and Subscriber. References to "no-risk" and "risk-free" pertain solely to the subscription price refund policy.

Any and all material provided by J A King Publishing is provided "as is," and J A King Publishing makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Notwithstanding any other agreement or communications between J A King Publishing and the Subscriber, receipt or use of any material provided by J A King Publishing, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgment by the Subscriber of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
J A King Publishing products carry a standing refund period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. For physical product returns, the customer care department will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When customers receive an RMA number, they must return the contents in full to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product, J A King Publishing's Refund Department will process the refund, minus shipping costs, within 7-10 days. A 10% restocking fee applies.
